Can I put more than one "cancer" color on a bracelet?
Yes. Email me or call me immediately after you place your order online and let me know all the colors you would like to include.

Do you donate any of your proceeds to the Komen Foundation?
Yes, I donate a portion of from every sale to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

How many items to I have to order to get wholesale pricing?

Can I add additional charms and dangles to my Bracelet?
Yes, you may add as many charms and dangles as you would like.

Are my on-line transactions safe/secure?
Yes, we use PayPal to process our transactions. You may also call us or email us with your order.

How long will it take to get my order?
If you pay by Credit Card*, online, I will send out your order within 24hours*. Unless otherwise specified, I send all domestic packages Priority Mail® which averages 2-3 days. If you need your item(s) right away please pick EXPRESS MAIL® on my Shipping Page, then call me to make sure I have the merchandise in-stock and I can get to the post office right away. *Echecks can take up to 6 days to clear.

How do I know what size to order?
If you are unsure about the bracelet size to order measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets. FYI - 85% of all bracelets are 7 1/2".

How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
We use strong, flexible & kink resistant accu-flex beading wire. The wire we use actually has 49 strands (7 bundles of 7 wires) twisted together. We also use high quality sterling silver, 14k gold-filled beads, true Swarovski crystals (R) and other gems stones in products.

I have an estimate you gave me last month. Is it still good? Written estimates are good for 60 days.

Do you offer 14k solid gold beads?
Yes, we offer 14k solid gold beads but we only use them in our name necklaces. We offer 14k gold-filled beads for bracelets. They are stronger because the gold is laid over sterling silver.

If I have a Paypal account can I send you money directly?
Yes. Please send the amount to leigha@thebeadstore.com. Please follow up with an email or call to verify that I received the direct transfer.

Do you make bracelets for kids?
Please note that items offered on this website and/or at our showroom are not intended for the creation of children's jewelry nor intended for use by children under the age of thirteen.
